We are all in transition in some part of our lives at any one time. Something is ending, something is beginning, and somewhere in between there is an edge — a moment of uncertainty that asks something of us.
Transitions always involve both a letting go and a stepping into. The more meaningful the change, the harder it often is to move through it. And yet these are the moments that shape us most. They are invitations — to look at our lives honestly, to decide what we want to carry forward, and to move towards what is next with more intention than chance.
A Magical Space gives you the time and the container to do exactly that.
I have worked with people navigating career changes, redundancy, the end of relationships, new parenthood, grief, creative reinvention, illness, retirement, and the quiet mid-life questioning that doesn't always have a name. Whatever brings you here, this space is for you.
It is the not knowing. The loss of a familiar identity. The fear of getting it wrong. The sense of being stuck between a life that no longer fits and one that hasn't yet taken shape. It can feel like everyone else is moving confidently forward while you are standing still.
This space is not about rushing you through to the other side. It is about being with where you are — honestly and without judgment — and letting the clarity emerge at its own pace. Often it comes faster than you expect, once there is room for it.
A clearer sense of what you are actually feeling, and what it is telling you. An understanding of what you are truly ready to let go of, and what you want to carry forward. A reconnection to your own values, desires and sense of self — especially if the transition has left you feeling uncertain of who you are.
The space also opens up possibility. Not just clarity about what is ending, but genuine excitement about what might come next.
Every engagement is shaped around where you are and what you need. The work is always yours to lead.
Sometimes one session is enough — a space to surface what is really going on, to think something through, or simply to be heard and to hear yourself more clearly. You might be at a point of decision, in the middle of something difficult, or simply feeling a pull towards something new and not yet knowing what it is.
Ad hoc sessions are available as one-off conversations. Some people return as and when life calls for it. There is no commitment required beyond the session.
For those going through a deeper transition — or who sense that what is shifting goes beyond any single moment — the three-month commitment creates the space for something more sustained. Real change takes time to integrate. This is the container for that.
Our work is always client led and person centred. Below is how the journey tends to unfold — though we follow what is most alive for you throughout, and the path is rarely perfectly linear.
We slow things down and make space to look honestly at where you are. We explore what is ending, what is being asked of you, and what you are feeling beneath the surface. We reconnect you to what matters most.
We begin to look forward. We stretch what feels possible, challenge the fears and stories that may be keeping you small, and start to sense the shape of what wants to come next.
Insight becomes integrated and lived. You move forward with greater clarity, self-trust and a genuine sense of what this next chapter is for you.
