Many men are brilliant at getting things done. At holding things together. At showing up. And yet there can be a quiet sense that something is missing — a direction that feels truly yours, a life that matches the person you know yourself to be.
This is a space for that. Not to be fixed, not to be told what to do — but to slow down enough to hear yourself think. To explore what you actually want, what's in the way, and what you're ready to do about it.
I draw on my background in men's work and facilitation to create a container where the real conversation can happen. One that goes beyond the practical and into what matters.
Men come to me navigating transitions — career changes, relationship shifts, questions of identity or purpose, the quiet mid-life restlessness that doesn't have an obvious name. Whatever brings you here, the space is for you. Alongside 1-1 coaching, I run men's groups in South London and online through Men's Work UK, and offer immersive days for those who've done some of this work already and want to go further.
This isn't therapy. It isn't a productivity system. It's a thinking partnership — a place where you can say the things you haven't said, explore the things you haven't examined, and start to move in a direction that feels genuinely aligned with who you are.
Men often tell me they've never had a space quite like this. Where the focus is entirely on them. Where they don't have to perform or produce. Where it's safe to be uncertain.
That's the magic. Not something I bring — something that becomes possible when the right container is created.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from this work. You might be doing well by most measures and still sense there's more. You might be at a crossroads, or simply ready to invest in yourself in a meaningful way.
If you're a man who wants to live with more intention, clarity and alignment — this space is for you.
Every engagement is shaped around what you need — from a single conversation, to ongoing 1-1 coaching, to group work, to an immersive day for those ready to go further.
Sometimes one conversation is what's needed — a space to think something through, surface what's really going on, or simply to be properly heard. Sessions run £120 for 55 minutes, or £200 for a longer 110-minute deep dive, with no ongoing commitment required. Some men return as life calls for it; others come once and that's exactly enough.
For men who want the work held in community rather than one-to-one, I run a small in-person group in South London and a weekly online group, both through Men's Work UK.
For men who've done some of this work already — a term of group work, or a run of coaching sessions — I offer immersive 1-1 days and immersive group days: longer, deeper engagements for those ready to go further than a single session allows. These are shaped individually around what's needed, so the best way in is a conversation.
